Cancellation Policy

Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable. However, one courtesy reschedule is permitted per appointment, as I understand emergencies can arise. After one reschedule, a new deposit will be required to book again. Lateness Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited. If I Need to Reschedule In the rare event that I must reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to a new date. If the new date does not work for you, you may request a full refund of your deposit. Service Satisfaction If you have concerns about your service, please notify me within 48 hours of your appointment. Reasonable adjustments will be made when appropriate. Due to the nature of professional services and time reserved exclusively for you, refunds are not offered on completed services.
